Sinus Pressure - Simple Permanent Leading Edge Relief

Good news for those who are tired of swallowing pills and using nasal sprays for this most common sinus ailment. Here is a healing method obtained from observations of actual experiences. If a life-long sufferer of sinus pressure can claim that four years after following a healing protocol he or she is still free from that ailment, some people are going to want to know what the treatment was. If to that one instance you add similar ones, then the "empirical evidence" becomes more compelling. This is what I and others have done that totally healed our sinus pressure problem:

pressure canner

Avoidance of some foods

PRESSURE

The food we eat can affect our sinuses. To put it bluntly, practically every sinus sufferer I have talked to about food have told me, basically, the same: "When I eat" [then some specific food(s) are mentioned] "I get" [a headache, sinus congestion, excessive mucus, etc.] In my particular case if I want to have post nasal drip all I have to do is have this particular food three days in a row. Not long ago a young woman was having terrible sinus pressure, so I asked her if she used--let's call it "x" food, which is the same one which causes my sinus drip. She said not much, but that she loved--then she mentioned one similar to the latter. I asked her not to eat it for four days and see what would happen. When I talked to her several days later she expressed that she was much better. For her the cause of sinus pressure had been easily found, empirically. We can identify and correct what we eat or drink that produces sinus pressure.

Sinus clearance

Healthy sinuses are constantly producing clear, watery mucus. Together with air the latter travels to the nasal cavity and from there to the back of the throat. Then it moves down to the stomach via our esophagus. Mucus that remains in the sinus cavities eventually stagnates and bacteria soon finds there a breeding ground. A sinus infection often follows. Hence the importance of keeping the sinuses and passages clear at all times. Sinus acupressure is often the simplest, fastest, no cost way to accomplish this. Keeping the sinuses clear helps avoid sinus pressure.

Full nerve energy flow

Imagine the spinal cord--which runs behind the vertebrae forming our spine--with its many nerve "fibers." It carries vital nerve energy from the brain to the various organs of the body so they can function. Should that nerve energy be interfered with by a misalignment in the back, some bone organs are not going to receive their full share of that energy. Malfunction of that organ(s), would, obviously, follow. In other words, our sinuses--and the rest of our organs, too--are going to function much better when they receive their full share of nerve energy coming from the brain. This means that we may need to check the alignment of our back bones for sinus health and general well-being.

These three items, when properly understood and implemented, could make the difference between a healthy respiratory apparatus-free form sinus pressure and other sinus ailments-and one that is not. This would be solving sinus pressure at its root--causative level-- not just treating symptoms that keep coming back.
